Hi, I'm Ashley!
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, for the state of Washington, who works with children, teens, adults, and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, shame, relationship challenges, and body image concerns. I believe healing happens when we begin to understand not only what we're experiencing, but why—and when we learn to respond to ourselves with compassion rather than criticism.
Who I Help...
I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are thoughtful, caring, and motivated for growth but often feel weighed down by anxiety, shame, perfectionism, body image struggles, or painful relationship patterns.
Many of my clients have experienced trauma, difficult relationships, or life circumstances that taught them to disconnect from their emotions, their bodies, or their own needs. Others feel stuck in cycles of people-pleasing, self-criticism, or believing they have to earn their worth through achievement, appearance, or taking care of everyone else.

I genuinely believe in the possibilities of all people.
My mission is to create a safe, compassionate space where people can heal from trauma, reconnect with themselves, and build healthier relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, shame, difficult life experiences, body image struggles, or relationship challenges, I believe meaningful change happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported. Together, we'll work toward lasting healing, greater resilience, and a life that feels more authentic and connected.
